The mission of Saint Stephen’s Parish is to be the heart and hands of Christ:
nourishing people, transforming lives.

Vision Statement
We strive to be a welcoming community for spiritual growth and miraculous expectation, where all will find hope, faith in God’s abundance, help & healing,
and the challenge of a deeper relationship with Christ.

Core Values
We desire to be a people of prayer, compassion, hospitality, mercy, and justice.
We welcome all people into our worship and fellowship, for all have gifts and talents to offer to our community.

We believe that children have the capacity to fall in love with and be in
relationship with God, and that people of all ages grow spiritually through participating in the spiritual growth of children.

We believe in an intentional journey to adulthood for our teenagers;
a journey that embraces the gifts of self, society, sexuality, and spirituality
in a safe and open environment.

We are committed to using the Bible in ways which engage
our hearts and our minds.

We will search constantly and creatively for new ways to proclaim
the good news of Jesus through music, art, and sacrament.
