Community Connection Group – Photography

Is photography a spiritual practice for you? Could it be? Join the photography Community Connection Group at St. Stephen’s and spend the spring and summer exploring the world, yourself, and God through the lens of a camera.

What

Group members will engage in four photo-based assignments/projects/challenges/invitations – one each month from July through October. Afterward, the group will gather to share our experiences: photos, challenges faced, lessons learned, surprises encountered, etc. Photos will NOT be critiqued/evaluated/ranked. This is for FUN!

When

The group will meet once a month online from June through September. The initial gathering is set for Wednesday, June 29 at 7:17 PM. The dates and times of the next gatherings will be decided by the group. Can’t make a meeting (or two)? No problem! We’re keeping the whole effort simple and informal.

Who

This group is open to anyone interested in photography as a spiritual practice/contemplative pursuit.
Note: phone cameras are most welcome!
