Sunday School Is Back!

Are you ready for an adventure?

Sunday school is returning this fall and we’ve got a whole new look! Follow the footprints that lead you to our beloved Sears room which has been refreshed as a multi-purpose room! Maybe the footprints will also lead you to a small children’s altar in the chapel- who knows what adventure awaits??

Using the curriculum ‘Weaving God’s Promises’  which follows our lectionary and incorporates aspects of Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, we hope to learn alongside our little ones exploring God’s Word in simple yet deep stories and experiences. Twice a month, on the 2nd and 4th Sundays, our children will gather from 9:45 am to about 10:30 am then join the worship service as we celebrate the Peace.

They say it takes a village…

Would you be willing to give about 4 hours of your time (only 2 Sundays) in the fall and spring
to assist with teaching the youngest among us?

Under our current curriculum, we would only ask you to teach the 2nd and 4th Sundays from
9:30 -10:30 am plus some prep time when you choose which pre-planned activities you would
like to do with our children. We have 7 teachers signed up already so we only need a few more!
