Thank you for thinking of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church for your charitable giving. We understand there are many people in our community who are struggling and who need clothing, toys, household items, and assistance with non-perishable food.
St. Stephen’s is not able to accept these types of donations due to storage and staffing constraints.
Items that are needed on an on-going basis that we arable to accept are gift cards to department stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, and local restaurants, and monetary donations to purchase items as needed.
If you have items that you would like to donate, here is a list of agencies that we work with and that provide either free or low-cost items for folks. Many of the organizations that charge for goods, will often give vouchers to folks so that they can receive needed items for free.
You can ensure folks have what they need when they need it by donating new or gently used items to the following:

Thank you again for your desire to help those in need. Your generous impulses are a blessing for the community. Contacting the local organizations listed above will translate those impulses into meaningful assistance for our neighbors.
With deep gratitude,
St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church
