Sunday/Funday (a.k.a. Sunday School) returns Sunday, September 27! Kids in Pre-K through 5th grade meet in the Sears Room at 9:50 AM on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.

Big Queer Nun: A Memoir by Shane Phelan is our summer read. Friends of the author, Jim Alden and David DeSmith, will host a Zoom conversation with Shane on Thursday, September 24 at 7 PM.

AED training is scheduled for Sunday, October 11 at 11:15 AM in the Sears Room. The training will be conducted by parishioner J.D. Hebert, who is an Advanced EMT with 35 years of experience; it will take about 30 minutes.

When you purchase a specially marked $11.99 Bloomin’ 4 Good Bouquet at the Merrill Road Stop & Shop during September, $1 will be donated to St. Stephen’s Table.

After eight years of faithful service, Sarah Morrison, our Parish Administrator since 2018, plans to retire this fall. We are deeply grateful for her ministry among us, and plans are underway to celebrate her well.

With Sarah’s retirement, St. Stephen’s is seeking its next Parish Administrator.

Join us after the service on the first Sunday of the month for a meditative labyrinth walk. Doors open from 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM. Second floor auditorium. Next Walk: October 4.

Join in the fun and fellowship on the first Tuesday of every month! We gather in the Guild Room at 5 PM and knit and sip until 6:30 PM or so. The next gathering is Tuesday, October 6.

Gifts in thanksgiving or in memory can be made by donating to the church with the person’s name to be honored or remembered. You can also donate online! Go to our giving page and select “St. Stephen’s Table” from the “Fund” field.

Donate and dedicate flowers for a loved one or special occasion, $45,
OR
provide the floral arrangement honoring the dedication.
Some folks even do both!

Healing prayers are offered the first Sunday of each month.

Donations can be made through St. Stephen’s, by cash, check, or online. When donating by check or cash please note that the money is for Laundry Love.

The training is now done in 2 parts – there are online modules accessed through Praesidium followed up with a Zoom session led by the Diocesan Safe Church Officer.

You’re invited to Compline via Zoom Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM.

Just a reminder, if you’re feeling anxious, scared, or troubled, the sanctuary and chapel are open during office hours, Tuesday through Thursday, 9 AM – 4 PM,  for quiet reflection or just a place to be.

Services at St. Stephen’s will be held as long as a celebrant or worship leader can get to the church safely. If a service is canceled, notification will be posted on this website.

The Parish Office will be closed when Pittsfield schools are closed.
